Group Intro Classes are fun and motivating This is also known as your On-Ramp. Learn about CrossFit in an encouraging group setting! Classes are about 1-hour. The first 30-45 minutes are focused on a warm-up, mobility, stretching, and instruction. Your workout will usually last 10-15 minutes, followed by a cool down. Group Intro Classes usually consist of around 5 new members.This is a wonderful class for those who have been out of the gym for a short time and looking to get the muscles active again.
